Sales Engine
Every lead gets an owner, a next step and a follow up. Automatically.
Client: A leading company in its sector
Why I built it
A complete sales operation built inside HubSpot. It starts the second a lead comes in and ends with a report that tells you what that lead was worth.
Most sales teams don't lose deals because they're bad at selling. They lose them in the gaps. A lead sits for a day without an owner. A follow up never gets scheduled. Two reps read the same pipeline stage in two different ways. I built Sales Engine to close those gaps, so the process runs the same way on a busy Monday as it does on a quiet Friday.
What was going wrong
- Leads were coming in faster than anyone could fairly assign and chase them.
- Pipeline stages had drifted away from how the team actually sells.
- Bookings, reminders and lifecycle updates were all done by hand.
- Nobody had one clear view of team performance or revenue.
What it does
- Lead management and smart delegation
- Sales pipeline architecture
- Appointment booking and lifecycle automation
- Sales team performance tracking
- Automated follow ups and lead nurturing
- Revenue reporting and business intelligence
- Workflow tuning for day to day efficiency

Design and build
I designed and built Sales Engine end to end: the CRM structure, the workflows, the integrations and the reporting.
