I build systems, write books and teach what I learn.
Technology, business operations, AI and education. On paper they look like four careers. In practice they keep feeding each other, and that's where my best work comes from.
Useful beats impressive.
I don’t care how clever a system looks. I care whether the people using it have an easier day. If a sales team stops chasing leads by hand, or a coach notices a struggling student a week earlier, the system did its job. That’s the progress I find worth working on.
The same rule follows me into the books, the training and the podcast. Take something complicated, make it clear, and make sure it actually works when someone tries it.
How I got here.
My career has never stayed in one lane, and I like it that way. I learned how projects really run, how systems get attacked, and how data tells you what's actually happening in a business. Then I put all of it to work building the CRM and automation systems that sales and operations teams rely on every day.
The more I built, the more I noticed the same pattern. The technology was rarely the hard part. People were. Habits, follow through, the discipline to keep going on a slow week. So I started writing about that too, and four books later I haven't stopped.
Today I split my time between building, teaching and talking. I design platforms for coaching businesses, train teams on putting AI to work, and host The Hassie Experience. Different rooms, same goal: make the hard stuff simpler for the people doing the work.
